Butter and flour the loaf pan, then set it aside in the freezer.

Peel and grate the carrots. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the eggs and the sugar. Beat for several minutes, then gradually add the oil while continuing to beat.

Add the carrot and mix until combined.

Add the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sieve. Finish combining the batter and pour it into the pan.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.

In a bowl, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, and the vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Cover the loaf with this frosting.
