    Peel 3 bananas, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.

    Add the sugar; if the bananas aren't very ripe, you can add a bit more than the recipe calls for.

    Add the egg, the oil and the vanilla. Mix again.

    Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix again — for this part try to use a spatula, so you can scrape down the flour stuck to the sides of the bowl.

    Pour the batter into a pan and spread it so it covers the bottom well. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

    Next, hydrate the gelatin: sprinkle the powder evenly over 5 tbsp of cold water. Stir with a fork.

    For the cheesecake, add the cream cheese, the sugar and the vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix until combined.

    Continue with the milk and the hydrated gelatin (first heat it well in the microwave, until it steams). Mix everything well.

    Pour the mixture over the pan from before and refrigerate for 3 hours.
