Quick and Easy Brownies
Crackly on top and fudgy inside. Using both cocoa and bar chocolate, this brownie recipe combines flavors and textures for an incredible dessert.

Butter the pan you're going to use and line it with parchment paper, butter the inside again and set aside in the freezer.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and transfer it to a bowl.

Add the melted butter, the instant coffee and a third of the recipe's cocoa. Whisk until fully combined. Set aside.

In a bowl, add white sugar, brown sugar, salt and 3 eggs, adding them one at a time while beating.

Add vanilla extract and then the previous mixture while beating.

Add the flour and the remaining cocoa, preferably through a sieve.

Finish combining the whole mixture with gentle folding motions so you don't lose the air we added. (This technique is explained in the video)

Once fully combined, pour into the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

Take it out of the oven, give it a few taps on the countertop and put it back in at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
