Homemade chickpea hummus is a great vegan food to spread on bread, toast or whatever you like. It may look simple to some, but the ingredients you can add give it incredible complexity.

Add the other half of the chickpeas and process again.

Add the oil and process.

Add cold water little by little while processing until you reach the consistency you want.
