Homemade Churros
Churros take just a handful of ingredients and are delicious dipped in dulce de leche or melted chocolate. That crunch when you bite into them will drive you crazy.

Step by step

Boil the water with a teaspoon of salt and the sugar. Once it's boiling, pour it over the flour and stir until a dough forms.

Finish kneading it on the counter; you may need to add a bit more flour.

Put the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the churros onto a baking sheet.

Heat oil to 180°C (350°F), or until a bit of dough dropped in bubbles right away, and fry the churros until golden.

Take them out of the oil, place them on paper towels, and sprinkle with sugar.
