Spaghetti
If you thought making homemade spaghetti was too hard or too time-consuming, you're wrong! I'm going to show you how, in just a few minutes, you can make homemade pasta worthy of the best lunch or dinner.

Step by step

Add the egg to a bowl, along with 2 tbsp of water and one of salt. Stir.

Add the flour little by little until it comes together into a dough (you can see the consistency in the video).

Turn it out onto the counter and knead until fully combined.

Cover and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Dust flour on top and underneath and roll it out with a rolling pin.

Keep rotating it, aiming for a round sheet of dough.

Dust plenty of flour over the rolled-out dough and fold it over itself 3 or 4 times.

Cut the noodles with a knife, then unfold them and hang them up to dry.
