Butter the pan and line it with parchment paper, buttering again over the paper. Keep it in the freezer.

In a bowl, add the flour and the powdered sugar, preferably through a sifter. Then add the salt and the melted butter. Mix.

Pour this crumbly dough into the pan and press it down with your hands until it covers the entire bottom — it should be nice and compact.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Set aside.

In a food processor, add the sugar and the zest of one lemon. Process and transfer to a bowl.

Add the lemon juice, the eggs and the flour, and mix well.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.

Let it cool, then unmold and cut into bars of the size you like.
