Lemon Brownies Recipe
These lemon brownies, also known as lemonies, are sweet, with a touch of tang, and super fluffy. You can also top them with a lemon glaze to make them even more delicious.

Butter and flour the pan, then set it aside in the freezer.

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and the sugar. Beat until creamy.

Add the vanilla extract, the eggs, and the lemon juice. Mix until combined.

Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, preferably through a sieve. Continue with the salt and lemon zest. Mix one last time.

Pour the batter into our pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

In a bowl with the powdered sugar, add lemon juice little by little while mixing, until you reach a nice thick consistency.

Spread on our glaze and let it dry, then cut into portions.
