    To sterilize the jars, set a pot of water over the heat until it comes to a boil. Once boiling, put the (open) jars and their lids into the water and leave them in the boiling water for five minutes. Then let them air-dry on their own.

    Bloom the gelatin by pouring it into water (use five times the gelatin's weight in water). Set aside.

    Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Wash the strawberries again and cut them into whatever size you prefer.

    Put the strawberries in a pot and add the 100 g of water. Set the pot over medium heat and wait until it comes to a boil.

    Once it comes to a boil, start stirring it every so often until it reaches the desired consistency. When it has a jam-like consistency, add the lemon juice.

    Microwave the gelatin for 30 seconds to a minute. Add it to the mixture and stir constantly until combined.

    Pour into the jars and let rest for one to two hours at room temperature. Then close the lids and put them in the refrigerator.
