Super Chocolate Loaf Cake

Butter and flour the loaf pan, then keep it in the freezer while you continue with the rest of the recipe.

In a bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, preferably through a sieve. Mix until combined.

In another bowl, add the room-temperature butter and the sugar. Beat until creamy.

Add the vanilla extract and the eggs, and mix until combined. Add the milk and mix again.

Combine with the dry ingredients in two additions.

Finally, add the white chocolate chips, fold them into the batter, and pour it into the pan.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
